Choose a cutting board material that is antibacterial
Plastic cutting board and rubber which has an antibacterial function usually contains silver ions in it. That way, bacteria, and fungi will not easily breed in their talents. If you want to choose an antibacterial wood cutting board, strong wood materials such as mahogany can be an option. Before choosing a wooden cutting board, do not forget to make sure the type of wood. However, even if the ingredients are antibacterial, it doesn’t mean you have to stop taking care of the cutting board. After use, always do basic maintenance such as washing it and drying it properly.
